Un ejemplo claro son las dobles interpretaciones del Acuerdo Marco, donde el jefe de parque representa los intereses de la Administraci\u00f3n y defiende la interpretaci\u00f3n menos ventajosa para el trabajador, siendo solo un instrumento que transmite las decisiones de jefatura. Por contra las secciones sindicales interpretamos de forma distinta estos acuerdos.
