Constantino Berruga Simarro ha propuesto con fecha 6 de febrero de 2013, que un Oficial de Carpinter\u00eda laboral pase a prestar funciones de vigilancia y conservaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda verde (se ha realizado Decreto Presidencial).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Esta atribuci\u00f3n de funciones vulnera lo establecido en el Convenio Colectivo, en primer lugar porque no hay puesto de trabajo creado en el centro \u201cV\u00eda Verde\u201d y en segundo lugar porque no se ha hecho el correspondiente concursillo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00bfPero tan dif\u00edcil les resulta cumplir lo establecido en el Convenio Colectivo?.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Y nosotros nos hacemos una pregunta \u00bfSon funciones de un Oficial de Carpinter\u00eda vigilar y conservar la v\u00eda verde?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0\u00a0 SE VULNERA UNA VEZ M\u00c1S EL CONVENIO COLECTIVO \u00a0El Vicepresidente Primero de esta Diputaci\u00f3n D.
