{"id":1695,"date":"2013-06-28T06:18:54","date_gmt":"2013-06-28T06:18:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serpi22.dipualba.es\/wordpress\/?p=1695"},"modified":"2013-06-28T06:18:54","modified_gmt":"2013-06-28T06:18:54","slug":"composicion-de-un-tribunal-en-oposiciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noticias.dipualba.es\/?p=1695","title":{"rendered":"COMPOSICI\u00d3N DE UN TRIBUNAL EN OPOSICIONES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.dipualba.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/stas-cm-color-e1316761672884.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-663\" title=\"stas-cm color\" src=\"https:\/\/noticias.dipualba.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/stas-cm-color-e1316761672884.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"70\" \/><\/a><strong>COMPOSICI\u00d3N DE UN TRIBUNAL EN OPOSICIONES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Seg\u00fan el EBEP en su art.60 dice:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<em><strong>Art\u00edculo 60<\/strong><\/em><strong> <em>\u00d3rganos de selecci\u00f3n <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">1.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> Los \u00f3rganos de selecci\u00f3n ser\u00e1n colegiados y su composici\u00f3n deber\u00e1 ajustarse a los principios de imparcialidad y profesionalidad de sus miembros, y se tender\u00e1, asimismo, a la paridad entre mujer y hombre.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> El personal de elecci\u00f3n o de designaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, los funcionarios interinos y el personal eventual no podr\u00e1n formar parte de los \u00f3rganos de selecci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">3.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> La pertenencia a los \u00f3rganos de selecci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 siempre a t\u00edtulo individual, no pudiendo ostentarse \u00e9sta en representaci\u00f3n o por cuenta de nadie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Seg\u00fan este articulo no podr\u00e1 haber representaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores, pol\u00edticos, funcionarios interinos, ni personal eventual.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0En la actual oposici\u00f3n de Oficial del S.E.P.E.I. el tribunal est\u00e1 compuesto por miembros que realizan asiduamente trabajo sindical y que incluso son Delegados Sindicales de las dem\u00e1s secciones sindicales, aunque en la redacci\u00f3n del tribunal no representen a ning\u00fan sindicato. <strong>\u00a1CURIOSO!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>PROCEDEREMOS A HACER LA IMPUGNACI\u00d3N DE ESTE TRIBUNAL ANTES DE QUE SE CELEBRE EL PRIMER EXAMEN PARA QUE NADIE PERSONALICE ESTE RECURSO. <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>COMPOSICI\u00d3N DE UN TRIBUNAL EN OPOSICIONES \u00a0Seg\u00fan el EBEP en su art.60 dice: \u00a0Art\u00edculo 60 \u00d3rganos de selecci\u00f3n 1.
