Fuimos muy claros con \u00e9l, exponi\u00e9ndole todos los problemas que tenemos en el centro en cuanto a: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; Rotaci\u00f3n de personal en las distintas plantas (pros y contras)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; Gesti\u00f3n y Direcci\u00f3n  del Centro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; Cuidados de residentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; El trabajo de las Supervisoras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; Necesidades reales, etc.\u2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Creemos que hay que agotar todas las v\u00edas de di\u00e1logo y esta reuni\u00f3n ha sido el \u00faltimo escal\u00f3n al que debemos llegar.
