Diputaci\u00f3n de Albacete:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOBJETO: INCREMENTO GENERAL DE  RETRIBUCIONES DEL PERSONAL AL SERVICIO DE LA EXCMA. DIPUTACI\u00d3N  PROVINCIAL DE ALBACETE, CORRESPONDIENTE AL A\u00d1O 2021, EN APLICACI\u00d3N DE LA  LEY 11\/2020 DE 30 DE DICIEMBRE.<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta la Ley  11\/30 de 30 de diciembre, de presupuestos de 2021, en relaci\u00f3n con los  art\u00edculos 29 del convenio colectivo y art. 24 del acuerdo marco;  conforme al art. 34.1 de la Ley 7\/85, de Bases de R\u00e9gimen Local.<\/p>\n<p>RESOLUCI\u00d3N:<\/p>\n<p>Esta Presidencia dispone:<\/p>\n<p>Que las retribuciones correspondientes al a\u00f1o 2021 del personal al  servicio de la Excma. Diputaci\u00f3n de Albacete, exceptuando seg\u00fan  propuesta del Vicepresidente Primero y Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n  Informativa de R\u00e9gimen Interior, Econom\u00eda y Hacienda y Patrimonio de 20  de enero de 2020, a los miembros de la Corporaci\u00f3n y al personal de  confianza, experimentar\u00e1n un incremento del 0,9% respecto a las vigentes  a 31 de diciembre de 2020.<\/p>\n<p>SEGUNDO.- El citado incremento  retributivo tendr\u00e1 efectos desde el d\u00eda 1 de enero de 2021, resultando  de aplicaci\u00f3n tal incremento a las retribuciones b\u00e1sicas y  complementarias.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>En Albacete a 21 de Enero de 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Os informamos que se ha publicado el siguiente decreto en el que se recoge el incremento salarial del personal al servicio de la Excma.
