Esta Secci\u00f3n Sindical est\u00e1 de acuerdo en reducir al m\u00e1ximo el n\u00famero de horas extras, y si procede crear empleo.<!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Desde esta Secci\u00f3n Sindical proponemos que los Sindicatos hagamos un ejercicio de responsabilidad\u00a0 y reduzcamos el n\u00famero de horas sindicales, con la disminuci\u00f3n de Delegados de las Secciones Sindicales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Por lo expuesto:<\/span><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 PEDIMOS\u00a0 A LA MESA GENERAL DE NEGOCIACI\u00d3N QUE REVISEN LO EXPUESTO EN EL CONVENIO COLECTIVO Y ACUERDO MARCO EN LO REFERENTE AL REPARTO DE DELEGADOS SINDICALES,\u00a0 ACOGIENDOSE A LO QUE LA LEY ORG\u00c1NICA DE LIBERTAD SINDICAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0( L.O.L.S. ) DICE EN SU ART. 10:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>A falta de acuerdos espec\u00edficos al respecto, el n\u00famero de delegados sindicales por cada secci\u00f3n sindical de los sindicatos que hayan obtenido el 10 por 100 de los votos en la elecci\u00f3n al comit\u00e9 de empresa o al \u00f3rgano de representaci\u00f3n en las Administraciones p\u00fablicas se determinar\u00e1 seg\u00fan la siguiente escala:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>De 250 a 750 trabajadores\u00a0\u00a0 &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; Uno. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>De 751 a 2.000 trabajadores\u00a0 &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; Dos. ( Diputaci\u00f3n )<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>De 2.001 a 5.000 trabajadores\u00a0 &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. Tres. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>De 5.001 en adelante &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.
